Right click Koei. Select properties. click on the memory tab and set EMS to auto. Maybe you should set XMS to auto also. If it does not work, try dosbox (download from dosbox.sourceforge.net, it also has some nice filters!).

Install program runs fine under Dosbox, but I fail to see the use of this program.
