the situation is like this... i bounght couple of warships, then gone to battle to defeat pirates.. then, i switched back my trading ships and moored my warship.... when i started to travel...i noticed that my health status was low and my crew died...so i thought, my crews does not have enough rest....then i rested in inn for like a week...still my crew died...gosh...what is happening? i tried to recruit but somehow, the end result is the same...pls help me

either that or another thing that works is to retire the old crew and hire new crew

I would check the Rations option on the Crew sidebar. I don't think thats the problem but if it is just set the rations to 100% for awhile until their health gets higher. But what Runeblade said about hiring all new crew should work.
