Have you changed the rations? The default is 100, but if you changed that then you could be loosing crew because of their health. Rations should be at least 90 for normal sailing or trading.

My second thought is that you are sailing for long periods of time and they are dying from scurvy. That can be cured with lime juice, but you will probably need a lot of it if you have more than one ship. With a fleet of 10 ships you can easily run through a dozen lime juices real fast. When you get the first warning about scurvy you need to treat with lime juice and head for a port. When you get the warning you have already lost some crew, so check and make sure that you have enough navigators assigned to keep the number from being red.

That is the next thing to check, make sure you have enough crew assigned to navigation. If you have less than recommended (the number is red), that means that those assigned have to work harder and will suffer especially if the rations are not at 100.

The last thing that I can think of right away is that I've seen where some cheat codes cause you to loose crew for no reason. All you can do is disable those.

Some cheat codes seem to work fine, but others have caused different problems including loosing crew.

I'm not sure what you mean by the second part, either the translation missed some key word or I am just not understanding what you want. I think you know how to create a topic, right? Is that what you want to do?

To create a new topic... When you load the forum you should see these under your profile.
"Forum Home" "My Profile" "Search" "New Topic"
and then you should see the forum topics under all that.

Click on "New Topic" (located under your profile) and give your topic a title (some question or subject related to the game). Is that what you needed?
