Post Country Loyalty of Pirate Vagabonds?

I'm wondering if anyone knows what the hidden country loyalty is of the 8 vagabond sailors who claim loyalty to piracy if you hire them as mates, but will show a country loyalty if you view them at sea when they are captains. To test this I would have to defeat current pirate captains to free up slots for the 8 pirate vagabonds to start a fleet and find them at sea (and try to hire the 4 permanent pirates that would keep taking the same slots- Khayr ad-Din, Idin Leis, Mohammed Syarook, Ulgu Ali).

The 8 pirate vagabonds are:
Cizzaro Fedeliti
George Eggel
Henry Mancine
Ivan Soledad
Antonio Pintado
Richard Huxley
Jack Diffson
Robert Donahue

Any info or do I have to do this myself?

Any information that I provide is based on the SNES version unless otherwise specified. I have thousands of hours into New Horizons and I have played it since it was released in the US on the SNES.
